Live venue data
Live venue data keeps an indoor map in step with the venue's own records. Booths from the booking system, sessions from the agenda, rooms and amenities from the facility's data — drawn on the map and updated on every kiosk, phone and embed at once. It is the difference between a map and a PDF.
This is the reason Mapnyx exists. A floor plan is out of date the day it is printed; ours reads the records the venue already maintains.

What it does
Booths from the booking data
An exhibition floor plan renders from the sales system's own records — names, sizes, partner tiers. A late booking appears when the contract signs.
Sessions from the agenda
Talks and workshops link to their hall; the hall links to a route timed from where the attendee stands.
Rooms and amenities
Clinics, gates, lounges, washrooms and cafés carry live attributes — open, closed, moved — from the venue's data.
Event-driven, not nightly
Updates flow over webhooks as records change, not in an overnight batch. Mid-event changes reach every screen in minutes.
One source, every surface
Kiosks, phones, wall displays and website embeds all read the same live layer. Nothing is maintained twice.
Connector status, honestly
Working today: the Mapnyx backend (venue, booth, session and POI records) with REST and webhook APIs. Named third-party connectors: TBD — we publish this list rather than implying everything works.

If you evaluate only one thing about Mapnyx, evaluate this: ask any mapping vendor what happens on their map when a booth booking changes at 6pm the night before opening. Ours changes.
