The reviewed legal text is TBD and will replace this page before launch. The principles below are fixed.

  • — Your venue data — models, zones, bindings, history — is yours, and exports as JSON/GeoJSON on every tier, including after cancellation.
  • — Your venue's systems remain the source of record. Mapnyx writes to them only under rules you configure, and every write is logged.
  • — Service levels, support terms and liability caps will be stated per tier, in numbers, not adjectives.
