- What counts as a venue?
- One building, all its floors. An expo campus or hospital estate of six buildings is six venues; multi-site pricing makes that sane.
- Is live data an add-on?
- No. The live layer is the product — booths, sessions and places ship in the Venue tier; custom data connectors are enterprise work.
- What happens to our data if we leave?
- You export your venue data as JSON and GeoJSON at any time, on every tier. It is your building.
